There’s plenty of egg related art, such as painted, carved and decorated eggs, but instead I want to bring you Henk Hofstra’s ‘Art-Eggcident’ in Leeuwarden, Netherlands.
The eggs have no particular purpose and are just something entertaining for the citizens of Leeuwarden. Henk has also painted 1km of road blue and invaded a city with 500 giant ants, find out more on her website.
Another special treat comes from Christian Tuki, resident of Easter Island who I’ve been hoping to feature for a while, and what better time than now?
I really like the style of the fish (Pisisihue/Nanue Hatuue and Tuna) and the rough painting style reflecting the nature. Notice the two pregnant tuna on the right.
